Refund policy

Most products on The Moon Guy Shop are custom printed on demand for you when you place an order. If your print is defective or doesn't meet your expectations in quality, please contact me using the contact form or by emailing eloi@moonguynextdoor.com and I will make sure you are satisfied. I work with excellent printing partners who are dedicated to high quality fine art printing and they will be happy to make things right, once I bring any issues to their attention.

I want you to feel absolutely confident when you make a purchase, so if you are not satisfied with my solution, you may return your print to The Moon Guy Shop for a full refund. Please contact me at eloi@moonguynextdoor.com within 30 days of placing your order for return instructions. Please DO NOT return your product without first contacting me, as I will not be able to issue a refund. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. 

For pre-order products, the satisfaction guarantee is valid for 30 days from the day the order is sent, not the day it was placed.
